Is it illegal to sell world series tickets over face value?

Is it illegal to scalp tickets in Ohio, Colorado or Pennsylvania. I was wondering because I will have tickets for the world series if the Indians, Rockies or Phillies make it but I really don't intend on attending any of the games and would like to sell the tickets. If you can post a link with scalping laws for those states that would be great. I tried searching the internet but couldn't find anything that helped.

One way that people get around the laws limiting the amount over face value that you can resell a ticket, is to include something else with the purchase.

For example, let's say you have a ticket with a face value of $40 that you want to sell for $100. This may or may not be illegal. However, you can sell a package of the ticket and dinner before the game for $125, and just give the person a $25 gift card to a local restaurant.
eBay has a comprehensive gathering of laws and info for each states laws even if you don't sell on ebay you can use the info. hope that helps you out go Rockies!!!!
Have you ever been on stub hub or any of those sites. I can't believe what they are getting away with. They include brokers fees and pretty much charge whatever they think they can get for the tickets. Most tickets sell for well over double the face value on the ticket. I really can't believe they can do it legally.

You should sell them no problem, you can always sell in the cities paper or anyone of the tons of ticket broker sites, like stub hub.

And if your worried, I will take them off your hands. LOL
